※ The Chinese Language Center does not currently provide on-campus housing. Please arrange off-campus accommodation before enrollment.

Housing around campus

  1. Our center can assist by providing rental housing information.
  2. In the Kaohsiung area, a typical apartment-style unit with three rooms has an average monthly rent of approximately NT$20,000. For a private studio with ensuite bathroom, monthly rent ranges from NT$5,000 to NT$8,000.
  3. A deposit of one to two months rent is usually required. Standard lease term is one year, with a deposit of one to two months' rent.
